It's a very creative time in the home studio. I've settled on some sounds and have begun to track what feels like my next solo record. The new music I'm putting together is the heaviest to date. Huge guitars, aggressive drums with pretty vocals and synth/string arrangements. Loving the contrast.
Fall is about done in the Adirondacks. Today marks the first snow of the season. Very inspiring. My last full length album, "The Chamber" was written mostly in the Winter. There is something about this change that really works wonders for me artistically.
I will be sharing bits of the process, audio and photos on my Facebook and Instagram pages. I'm having such a good time getting back to playing some heavier guitars and singing again. Stay tuned and stay warm.
